We bought our 2nd car in the family from Bob. There was a couple minor things that needed fixed that he was going to do plus get a new inspection for me. Well then the COVID hit. So 4 months later I thought he would forget but he didnu2019t. I got everything fixed and 1 thing we didnu2019t know was bad fixed also. New inspection and didnu2019t charge me anything. I would never hesitate to buy from him again!!

I got my first car ( a used car) from them in 1993. It was affordable, ran for 13 years without problems and was the most loved car I have owned. I still have the courtesy cup they gave me. Honest and affordable. I will be going back, even though I live an hour away.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a 2014 Suburu Impreza from Bob at Trostle! He was very helpful and didnu2019t pressure me into anything! He also showed me a few similar cars as well whenever I was first looking! He worked with me over several days since it was hard because of my work schedule! The car runs perfect and couldnu2019t be happier with it! I would highly recommend doing business with them!

I will not buy another car there. I tried to get help with the almost $675.00 I spent on complete new rear brakes after having mentioned to them that I could hear the brakes rubbing when I test drove the car. They supposedly looked at them and said they were fine, just rust on the rotors that would wear off over time. I heard them rubbing off and on but it never went completely away. My rear brakes ended up with frozen calipers and metal on metal that was constant. I drove to my regular mechanic who was closer and had them do the repair because when I called Trostle about this they never returned my call and I needed my car. Called them several times after the repair was complete but they wouldn't do anything, even after promising to look into it and try to reimburse me something (was not looking for the entire cost, but something toward the bill would have been nice). And I had to keep calling them, they would never return my call. The last time I called they wouldn't even answer the phone. I just kept redialing, leaving a message at one point saying I was going to just keep calling. Very next time I called, Bob Potter picked up the phone. I'm pretty sure this guy would try selling water to a drowning man and not think twice.
