Not sure why so few people work the drive thu during the lunch hours. Pay rent or get lunch is the decision I had to make due to the wait. There should be more customer service there so people are not compelled to try to walk in. It used to be so much more convenient.
This bank is terrible. I brought in a check that they said they would be unable to cash and then they took it anyway! Then they wouldn't give it back to me and didn't even contact me to tell me it wasn't deposited and could not be deposited! Then I had to sit and wait around for them to supposedly return the check to me via mail, even though they could have just given it to me while I was there. Then, they wouldn't talk to my manager who was in charge of the check to see what the problem was, because it was against policy! Then, they still wouldn't tell me what was wrong with the check and why it wouldn't cash, because they didn't even know!!! I contacted the national branch several times and they told me that I just had to wait for the check to be returned to me. Meanwhile, I went through several days of waiting and wondering if I would ever get my money back!!!! With no explanation!!! It was terrible and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Go to another bank!!!

What a horrible experience to be redirected to another bank for cashing a check when the teller at Wells Fargo marked the back to invalidate the check to be cashed at another bank. Then to send us there after doing so? What a waste of time! This isn't the only bad experience I've had at this bank. This experience was just the fire that lit the fuse. This Wells Fargo is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED for your banking services. The bankers weren't a help with the situation either. A simple "sorry for the mistake". I will deter friends and family from banking at Wells Fargo.
Tellers are extremely rude and disrespectful.
