Called for emergency in the afternoon ... 60 € per call and so far everything ok .. On the phone estimate 500 € for replacing the kitchen faucet ... Do you ... Price communicated motivating the value of the spare part of excellent quality not chinoiserie and the five-year warranty .... And in the end anyway I discover that it was a 49 € faucet ... it is obvious that one in an emergency says yes and pays, but it would just take a little more honesty ... .
For a night intervention given that the warehouse shutter was blocked, we contacted this company with a bit of fear given the reviews. They were also the only ones who responded immediately. In reality they arrived after 30 minutes flat and they made us a fairly honest estimate (given the time) and they changed the shutter already the following morning. We then contacted our trusted locksmith, who was on vacation, for a price comparison and he confirmed that the invoice was in line with the costs of an overnight intervention, therefore, it is a recommended service for emergencies.
To say that they are dishonest is an understatement. Electricity went out in the house on Saturday afternoon, I thought I'd call them in urgency. The technician arrives and after 5 minutes of checking they call me for an estimate of 600 (!) Euro for an alleged short, estimate including replacement of the differential and search for the alleged short. Given the refusal figure, and resisting until Monday, another electrician's control discovers simple loose wires, without the slightest shadow of a short anywhere. Profiters and dishonest
Don't you know who I am? I have your receipt for the surgery still at home, even liars !!
I broke the pin of an electric roller shutter. As it stopped at the top, the weight was significant and I thought that in order not to crawl the shutter it would be better to intervene by a technician. Mine was on vacation so I looked for help on the internet. I called and explained the case and made an appointment for the afternoon. Call charges 70 euros. In the meantime, as I am autonomous in many jobs, I have been looking for a method to bring down the shutter. I found my grandfather's tool, an old-time iron and I managed, by levering, to lower the shutter. I could cancel the appointment but I said to myself, the time to look for the broken piece, maybe it's a particular one, better let the technicians do it. The gentleman who arrived looked at the situation and told me that it takes 380 euros for the repair. I asked why and the answer was not a technical one but it is August. I paid for the call, I have to say reluctantly and as long as he filled out the receipt he proposed to sell me the piece I needed for 100 euros. I refused and we said goodbye. I went to the hardware store with the old piece, spent 4 (four) euros and did the job. I leave the considerations to you!
500 euros for the replacement of a tap (gate) and with an appointment set three days before the intervention, they do not make estimates in advance and ask for 60 euros for the exit. Shameful. Don't call them.
