Had a minor accident, not my fault and after submitting my claim on line everything has been seamless process. Phone call received with a nominated time and location of repairers. Dropped off vehicle to Addams Repairers at Kirrawee, who were polite and helpful they then arranged a cab to take me to the Hertz Rent a Car who were ready to go. Vehicle took just under 2 weeks to be repaired. Everything went well and vehicle picked up and all repairs completed. GREAT SERVICE by ALL.nThanks
Easy to talk to and very understanding of classic vehicles and there value, will be sticking with Shannon's and long term indefinitely.

For the second time the roof of my outdoor entertaining area was damaged during a storm. I contacted Shannon to lodge a claim in November of last year. I was allocated a claim consultant who put out to a repairer. They came and assessed the work but they never got back to the insurer.every time I rang the office they said they were still waiting. After 6 weeks I suggested that the company was not interested and to try another roofer. She said they would have to start again. She didn't get that the previous weren't interested. The only time anything happened with the claimm was when I rang. I lodged a complaint.they finally arranged another quote. I did the the bulk of the negotiations about what was required and accepted the quote but had to include a sparky for the outdoor lighting. The builderdropped off the timbers so I could paint them before they went up they did the job as required.the complaints lady rang to see how things were going. I informed her that I had accepted the quote weeks ago and was happy with the job. We have all our insurances with Shannon. We will definitely be moving to another company when it's time to renew 6 months to wait is rediculous
11.20am Saturday...Rang Shannon's asking for help after storm last night took out power. Just told by Matthew that claims are busy and cant talk to you for half an hour. You'll have to hand on? explained that I am vision impaired; bad luck. Can I leave my number and perhaps get a call back when not so busy. No, THANKS FOR NOTHING SHANNON'S.
