Having come close to taking home a kitten from this store, I feel that I have had enough experience with its staff to concur with many other reviewers here: they almost certainly procure many of their kittens and puppies from dubious sources. (And yes, I know I shouldn’t have been looking at animals in a pet store — other than rescues — in the first place.)nnStart asking the staff too many direct questions, regarding things that prospective buyers should be asking about (such as who the breeder of a given animal/s is, whether they are registered with a reputable organisation, whether the animals themselves are registered, whether the animals come from a line that has been tested for any known breed-specific diseases), and you will hit a wall of vagueness and evasion.nnI would love to be proven wrong on this matter, and will happily edit this review the day that Pet Town management provide me with compelling evidence suggesting that all of their (incredibly expensive) animals are from registered breeders, who are producing animals in humane conditions (humane being the bare minimum), and monitoring the health of the lines they are breeding. If you also have a conscience, steer clear of this store.
