Delivery service was very bad experience and online customer service did no respond our complain at all. Reclines Sofa was delivered but the leg was missing and misplaced. Sitting on the Sofa dangerously for over 2 weeks until someone come to fix. Charged over $200 delivery and install fee but did not installed properly at all which could cause very dangerous scenarios. Write emails to customer service but did not get any reply.
Didn't purchase anything yet, but the attendant was great.

Awful aftersales support and service as well as the cloud/nimbus lounge what a piece of junk 1/2 for the buttons were faulty within the first 8 weeks.nnI called up the store about these issues with my 13k lounge they told me someone would get back to you within a week, did not hear back anything for 11/2 weeks called again then got transferred to support, who transferred me to Cindy, another hopeless person there....nnThe best they could do to fix my pretty much unusable lounge due to the buttons not working on most of the 5 modules was in another few weeks time.....nnSo they wanted me to wait over a month in total to fix a lounge that costs as much as a brand-new car that was barely 8 weeks old at the time.nnWith fair trading now, will not buy from king again.nnOthers be warned…….
I would agree with the previous reviewer. The delays on delivery are unacceptable, but even worse is the lack of communication. Having been promised delivery in early December, since then the delivery date has moved 7 times. Once they called to confirm the delivery, took the final payment then called in the late afternoon prior to the confirmed delivery date to advise there was not going to be a delivery after all. The Customer Service/Delivery team never calls to advise the date has been postponed or extended. I am calling several times a week to get updates, however no one can advise when the final parts of my lounge will arrive, surely you know what shipping container they are in and when it is due to arrive!?!? To add more frustration to the experience the number parts and items that are missing from my order keep changing and increasing. Having bought numerous King Furniture pieces over the last 15 years, this experience has been woeful. Good Customer Service should be front footed in approach and advising the customer of the changes and timelines. I am currently at the 5 month mark of waiting for my lounge, I hope I don't have to wait too much longer.nnIn fairness the sales people at the Chatswood store have been great, its the post sales service from head office which is terrible.
