Brenton is the best chiropractor I have seen. He is thorough and explains everything to great detail. I have had low back pain for years and honestly tried everything from medication to physio. However, I discovered Brenton from a badminton friend, and his techniques ultimately got me moving better and pain free in less than 4 treatments. Highly recommend Brenton.
Professional ., polite and made me feel entirely comfortable. Took time to educate me on my issue and best recourse. Eddie is the best GP I have encountered which is great for the local residents in our area
Not sure what to review, other than you got to see Brenton!! He is so different to other chiropractors that just crack and rush to see the next patient. He is talented in so many techniques (I don’t know the names of them) to help my low back pain. If you want something different, I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
Brenton is the best chiropractor you can find! He uses cupping and scraping techniques to relax my muscles before adjustments and explains patiently how each exercise can improve my condition.nnI do different kind of sports regularly e.g. Badminton, yoga, pilates, gym etc. My shoulder pain got to a point where I cannot carry my surface pro laptop and even hang my jacket in the wardrobe 3 months ago. I visited a physiotherapist twice and things didn’t improve. After the first session, I was able to carry something light. Now I have had 4 sessions and my shoulder mobility has returned to 95%! I am now able to resume all my regular exercises and have my life back!nnIt is my first time seeing a chiropractor throughout my life and I was very nervous about the adjustments. Brenton is aware of it without me telling him and he takes the time to guide me through breathing in and out to relax. He even told me my breathing is quite shallow and I got into meditation which improves my well-being. Brenton has been the most holistic chiropractor =]
I tried Brenton at Hampden Health a month ago for my headaches and honestly it relieved so much I can say it is all gone. Brenton says it was from my upper neck and hunched posture whilst at work.nnIf you are a desk worker like me, he can help a lot. he gives plenty of advice on posture changes and specific exercises for the neck and mid back.nnHighly highly recommend.
