This is in response to the reply from the owner below:nI'm glad to hear you value your customers experience, this experience has been disappointing for a couple of reasons:nn1. Your shop staff has not acted as promised to follow up and replace our shoes within two weeks. We had to call within two weeks to be told there are no replacements and there won't be for at least an additional two weeks while the sales are on. So we only get our shoes if you can't sell them? We were then offered a dirty display pair which is unacceptable as a gift. This process is very unprofessional.nn2. When we came to the shop to get a refund, and to ask for a message to be passed on to management, Vincent was only concerned with deflecting blame to head office and to her colleague.nnAt no point did we accuse your staff personally, but explained that our frustration was to be passed on up the chain of command. Instead Vincent responded with a violent behaviour by slamming a door in front of my children.nnIf you treat every customer (such as a mother with 3 children in the shop) with a concern as intimidating, be professional as a business then no customer will have any concerns.nWe have been enjoying Ecco shoes for many years, but this has been a show-stopper for us.nnOriginal Post:nHaving many problems in exchanging different size of shoes with the lack of information and care, we asked for a refund to Vincent (the staff).nShe was noticeably very angry, she stated that she was not to blame but the other staff who sold the shoes (Jelena) as well as the head office instead.nShe blamed us for declining her offer to exchange the shoes with a display pair (they were dirty and we did explain that we could not give a pair of dirty shoes as Christmas present).nShe was continuously expressing her anger whilst processing the refund, and as we walked out of the store she slammed the door at the back of the shop.nMy whole family use Ecco shoes, but never again after this experience.
Vincent is the best shoe salesperson I have dealt with in 50 years.nShe, yes she, is the very best.nGood shoes too.
This shop is good. Quality of ECCO shoes are good, but a bit overpriced. After a few pairs, I could say the prices have to go down.

My family and I adore Ecco shoes! We each have at least one pair. Their quality is impeccable, very comfortable and durable. The staff are also always very friendly and accommodating, I have been assisted by Jelena multiple times and she has always been very helpful and it is always a pleasure to be served by her.
