The dark haired eastern European guy here is super rude and should never be put in a customer facing position. If I have the time I usually go to the other post office in North Rose Bay just to avoid dealing with this rude man.nnWhoever is in charge of this Post Office needs to retire this gentleman to a back office non-customer facing position.nnThe other gentleman who works there is pretty cool and it’s a shame he has to work with such a rude man.
Depressing, dark and gloomy inside. Super super slow service, the owner clearly hates his job and business. I hate, absolute hate, having to come here when our local posty leaves a card in our box. The couple who own Rose Bay North are so much more friendly, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Let them have your business instead.
The guy at the till is very impatient and loaded with attitude. When a customer asked if it was a big trouble to put insurance on all her packages after he had already scanned each parcel, he replied it is a big trouble leaving the customer without insurance on her packages. How rude. If you want got good customer service avoid this negative place.
The worst customer service ever. Arrived for an appointment (at the time booked) and was told that I was going to need to wait 15-20 mins. It was clear that the person who could process the passport application was simply eating his lunch in the back as he had walked past me as I waited in the queue.nnWhen I challenged him on the fact that he had made me wait for him to finish eating even though I had an appointment, he threw my documents back across the counter at me and told me he wouldn't process my application.nnThe rudest, most self-entitled customer service I have ever received! There is no way to put into words how appalled I am. I don't know how Australia Post allows its customers to be treated like this!
