Zgara Tradita. It is 1 very nice and economical restaurant, where you can eat a lot and pay a little. The first dish that is meat is one of the traditions of the country, as well as rakia / wine. I suggest you try this experience.

That is absolute madness !!! Totally nice hosts and the food !!! A poem ! The S C H M E C K T! Lamb from the right grill and home-made raki. The salad is always fresh. You can also eat a huge bun with stuffing (Art Döner). The selection is small but especially fine. It is mostly full of locals and that says it all. Getting a seat at peak times is a bit difficult. "2 x 0.5 beer, 2 x 0.05 Raki, about 700 grams lamb, 1 x large salad plate! Everything with tip 1000 Lek ... about 8 Euro!
