Worst travel agency ever!!! We have tried to make cooperation with this agency but they fooled us! Our group from France was about to travel trough Albania and this agency was about to organize transport and accommodation. The driver was late for 2 hours we didn't even get an apology! The accommodation was agreed to be in a decent hotels and what we got is hostels and old ruined places. The tourists had to pay for their meals which was already paid by our agency! Do not pay anything in front with these people. Young Anxhelita that works there is full of lies! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Untrustworthy, unprofessional and miserable. This agency has reserved 6 rooms in our hotel for NewYear 2020. Their tourists got stuck on ice in the mountain because they didn't even know where they were going (bad logistics from the agency). Agency literally begged us to send 2 taxi terrain vehicles for to help them, and guaranteed they would pay for it. We did send the cars, and their guests managed to get trough and left without notice. The agency didn't pay for taxi service nor for the rooms reserved in our hotel. We had to pay the taxi. I don't recommend this agency.
