Great hospitality and food. We arrived quite late, and they were about to close the restaurant. Nevertheless, Temi and his wife welcomed us in and took very good care of us. We had lovely meatballs (they look more like meat fingers, but just as delicious), a local pepper dish called ‘fërgesë’ and stuffed eggplant (the last two dishes were vegetarian). All very tasty. The homemade grape raki was excellent too!

Wonderful place for lunch! I felt very comfortable here. The lamb and fruit salad was more than enough and only 1200 Lek. I had to take some home to eat later.

So the place is the house of an normal albanian family where the woman makes some nice dishes. We tried some of them, which I will mark from 1-10 considering quality only. Prices are very cheap. Or maybe mainstream for Berat. We will return in summer to see how they cook some other delicacies. Meatballs 10( the best) Rice with chicken 6 Chiken filet 5 Filled eggplants 3 Fërgesë 8 Sweets 10 I recommend trying the 10 dishes here and the other at Lili Homemade. As people they are very nice, more than expected.
