I went to the restaurant there and had an amazing experience. Very clean place and welcoming staff. If yo're in for modern cuisine, this is the place to be in Korca. Excellent service and delicious food. Highly recommended.

Newest hotel in Korca. Well done. Minimalist breakfast. Welcoming staff. The hotel i self ownership not part of any brand so don’t expect any plaza inn service. The room phone system doesn’t work. So if you need something you have to walk to reception. We complained about some construction works going on at 6 am and they stop for 10 mins then start again.

Embarassing. Booking from 1 to 3 January 2020 (2 nights) made by phone and confirmed with a lot of communication via SMS and whatsapp. We call them on the street to indicate their arrival time and they tell us that there is no reservation in our name. At this point we point out that we have also communicated with them by sending screenshots but they do not know what to answer and they understand that they have made a bad impression without trying in any way to remedy because they will surely have sold the room to someone else. All this on the 1st day of the year, ashamed and not very serious. Amateur staff, bad figure, there is a lot to learn if you want to work with tourists in such an industry.
