Park Fan Stilian Noli

Nice little park where locals engage in playing cards, dominos and/or chass (do not be surprised if you see some money changing hands). It is located just next to the Toptani Shopping Center, have a rest here after exhausting shopping! The Parliament is located on the other side of park, so the security in the park is guaranteed around the clock.
