They know how to treat customers. If you come in tirana and miss this hotel it will be big mistake for you. Dont lose it because everything there is perfect!

This place is absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfy, breakfast is plentiful and delicious, secure and private parking space, super helpful and really kind staff. The hotel is located in a nice, quite neighborhood, very easy to locate, and close to the center. I can't recommend this hotel enough! Definitely will be back soon!

I found one of the most friendly staff in this hotel. Always helpful and with instructions. They let us park in second line on the parking. The rooms are very clean and pretty. Super recommended

The treasure of this hotel is for sure the people who is running it. They are very friendly, always wanting to help and incredibly charming. Moreover, they recommended us some restaurants in the different cities we were going to stop. Definitely, I'll stay at this hotel in my next trip to Albania.

Super hotel: friendly staff who go out of their way to help was certainly the highlight. This plus a good breakfast, fairly priced room service and clean, modern rooms makes this hotel a top choice for a reasonable price in Tirana.
