Nice place, clean, calm, kid friendly. I would love to see some more food variety for 5 stars.

Pool out of date and not cleaned regularly you can see dirt in the Swimming pool. Floor upstairs very slippery if you are jumping you might fall bad. A kid did a poo in swimming pool it was like nothing happen they just picked it up and didn't change the water. Filters looked broken some of them. Staff very rude they don't know how to deal with customers they are one thing in their mind get rich in one summer. Restorant, you order one thing they bring you another. As soon as we ordered, Pizza came in a min I asked how come so quick he said a customer changed mind. Ordered Risotto with Seafood and came spaghetti instaed And what is interesting Waiter asks you "Would you not eat this?" Same with Wedges order ( Oven Chips ) he brought Chips instead kids disappointed too. I wouldn't dare to return anything back in case they would spit on it or God knows what they would do. So we just ate what came from the kitchen and didn't go there again.
