Well. They came to us at 8pm to mountain pass 40km away from their shop. Then they switched batteries with us and led to a hotel for the night. Accomodation was fine and costed 20euros for 2 persons and 1 night. In the morining they came back and led us to their shop that was 1km away. Within 2 hours they diagnosed problem with our alternator and sorced new part. The Staff was really really friendly and spoke good english (also Deutsch). The price was OK. If you need any work done in the area I'd highly reccomend. They also have trailer so can do recovery service.

The place from the street looks very poor.
Garage with a few crashed cars and a dump of car parts, while the people working there are extremely helpful and have a lot of knowledge about cars.
They helped us with an alternator failure in the car.
They came to a town 40 km away, borrowed a working battery and took mine to charge.
They found the hotel, ordered parts and the next morning they helped replace the voltage regulator.
Everything took just over 12 hours.
From 8 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day.
The only problem is the availability of parts. In Albania, parts are available almost only for German cars (and for Fiat and Ford), and almost only for the diesel engine.
The owner speaks English communicatively, you can also write to him on WhatsApp.
The workshop also has a tow truck, so they are able to provide roadside assistance if necessary.
