Hotel Vila Twix

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was great and it's not more than 100 meters from city centre. Good job. 🖒

Great accommodation. Very nice and friendly hosts. Rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Only recommended. Everyone feels comfortable here.

The hotel-vila is located very close to the center in a calm and quiet street. Very clean and comfortable! Minus a star for the fact that upon arrival the staff had to wait a long time to check in. No one was just there and no one warned about it. On the Booking it is indicated that there is always someone at the reception. Also, in the morning at breakfast they did not offer coffee and did not even ask or wish. There was no electricity in the room - no hair dryer, no phone charge, no air conditioning - nothing. And perhaps it was possible to correct the situation, but upon arrival late in the evening, we no longer wanted to go somewhere. And should such questions be solved on vacation at all ?! In general, for the location and the hotel itself - 5 with a plus, and for the service and interest of the staff - 2 with a minus.

A great hotel. On our tour of Albania, we have a very positive memory. A family operated hotel. The hosts treated us so warmly. Really great. We felt at home. The accommodation is very clean and it was in the room thought of everything. Drinks were also free. The breakfast was good too. And our view in the room on Berat was great. Is what a pleasure ....
